Vinification: | after drying the grapes selection and collection boxes, follows the traditional red vinification, the wine is raised in oak hardwood French for about 18 months. Is aged in the bottle for at least 6 months.

How to serve: | serving temperature: 14°/16° C; in a small glasses. |
Serving suggestion: | sweet wine for meditation and conversation, great with chocolate 70% and confectionery chocolate. |
Storage: | keep the bottle in horizontal position, in a dry, cool and preferably dark place. |
