Vinification: | in purity only in the best years. After an accurate thinning out of grapes made at the end of june, to obtain a better quality and a middle-late vintage, it is made “in bianco”, using specified selected leaves in high quality new oak barriques using the “battonage” method. After a brief period, is aged for at least 6 months in bottle. |
Colour: | straw yellow. |
Smell: | wide, spicy and very persistent. |
Taste: | dry, armonic, full-bodied. |
How to serve: | serving temperature 14°/16° C; in large tulip glass.

Serving suggestion: | it goes well with the whole meal, particularly with broth soups, pasta, roast meat, grilled vegetables, white meat and fish in general. |
Storage: | keep the bottle upright, in a dry, cool and preferably dark place.
