Sparkling: | Martinotti – Charmat method, for at least 5 months. |
Colour: | wine bright and clear, pink cherry, fine and elegant, with numerous and persistent bubbles. |
Smell: | intense and fine, with awards of strawberry, geranium and rose. |
Taste: | dominate the notes of freshness and roundness, dry, slightly salty, it is full-bodied, good balance, intense, persistent and fine. |
How to serve: | serving temperature: 6°/8 ° C; in a flute glass. |
Serving suggestion: | aperitif based on both meats, both of crustaceans, as well as with rice dishes, seafood sauce; to try salad with scampi.
